WHAT IS PERIQUE?

Inspired by the art of making tobacco in a finer process that is similar to wine-making, for the truffles of tobacco - Perique - we chose the name as a token of dedication to tradition, process, and uniqueness. Our dream is to fill every special moment of with what ever makes it memorable and amazing.

 

WHEN WILL A PRODUCT BE BACK IN STOCK?

Products from Habanos and Ajmal are items that we restock year round. If an item from a featured sale is showing sold out, unfortunately we only have reserved limited inventory with that particular brand and will be restocking s soon as the supplier can provide us with the product or ship it directly to the customer. If our team is able to reserve more merchandise for a particular brand during a featured sale, they will add inventory back up on the site, so check back in to see if the item has been restocked.

 

PAYMENT

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ApplePay, PayPal and Swish.

 

DOES PERIQUE CHARGE SALES TAX?

We currently charge sales tax to members who live in Sweden. We are required by law to charge sales tax in the countries where we have a physical presence.


USING A DISCOUNT/PROMO CODE

If you have a discount code to use, you can put the code during the checkout. Your total will reflect the discount applied to your order.

Please note that discount codes do not apply on certain items/brands, including but not limited to items that receive credit back. Exclusions will be mentioned on individual product  and campaign pages.

You cannot use more than one discount or promo code on a purchase.

 

SHIPPING

 

In-stock items usually ship within 3-4 business days, while Featured items can have a shipping delay of up to two weeks. Your estimated delivery dates will appear on the checkout page prior to order completion, and are also in the Order Confirmation Email you’ll receive shortly after your purchase. You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email when your order ships.

 

RETURNS

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love your Perique experience, so we offer free returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. The items returned must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags. While most items are eligible for return, some items are Final Sale and are clearly marked in order confirmation emails. Sale items are never eligible for return or exchanges. GIFT WRAPPING & GIFT MESSAGING

At the time being we are unable to provide gift wrapping for orders, but we can enclose a Gift Message on request.

 

PRICES ON THE PACKING SLIP

Orders are shipped with a packing slip that includes the order number and items included in the shipment. We do NOT list prices or payment information on the packing slip in case the order is a gift.

 

PRICE MATCHING

 

If within seven (7) days of your Perique purchase, you find the same item sold for a lower price by a different online retailer, Perique will match that advertised price. Please email contact@perique.store to verify an eligible price match. Keep in mind that our policy requires:

Price match must be on item of identical style, size, and color.

   • The can not be singe (1p) cigars or a selection of single (1p) cigars.

The item must be first quality.

The retailer's promotions must be publicly visible on their site for verification.

The retailer's website must be an authorised distributor of the brand.

The retailer's price must be published in SEK.

Perique does not consider websites which operate as an auction, discounter or liquidator as competitors and therefore will not match prices of these retailers.

During Perique promotions, items can be discounted through either a price match or a Perique promotion, but not a combination of both.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If a previously purchased item is marked down within seven (7) days of the original order date, Perique will adjust the price of an item, once. To verify a price adjustment, please email contact@perique.store, and
