Purchase, returns, refunds and other terms of purchase
You have to be 18 years of age or older to purchase from us.

We follow and comply with the Swedish Distance and Home Marketing Act (2005:59 that can be found at http://www.government.se/government-policy/consumer-affairs/the-marketing-act-marknadsforingslagen/
Buying from us means that you accept the terms provided on our online store and that you agree to provide the information required for completing a purchase, and for legal and compliances. This include your name, ID number, ID copy, organisation number, and the like.
Customer support and customer satisfaction have the highest priority at Perique. We constantly strive towards improving and perfecting our products and delivery, solve warranty and product issues and do that faster and smother than anyone in the market.
All prices displayed include Swedish VAT (Moms which is 25% on net price). At time of ordering net price, VAT (Moms), total price, freight and method of payment, excluding if any custom fees, duty and import related costs and fees.
We reserve the right to change the information and price of products and services without notice as well as for errors in descriptions, typos, and accuracy in photographs and pictures.
Orders are typically served within 24 hours and delivered through the method chosen at time of order. If no shipping preference is given we will chose and charge for the method most reliable and cost effective for you. Our objective is to minimise the cost of freight and transportation for you and will only share our actual cost. Speed delivery options are provided at an extra, actual cost. We also provide the option of collecting the goods at our facilities, then at no cost.
The sold products is the property of the seller until full payment is received from the buyer / customer regardless if an individual or a company or the like.
If delivery is deemed impossible, refused at the delivery address, rejected, or not picked up for whatever reason a handling fee reflecting our actual cost for return freight, handling and and management, plus a USD 20 fee will be charged to the purchasers credit card or through the same method of payment as when the purchase was done.
Customers outside Sweden are responsible for, (and Perique do NOT take any responsibility) for compliance with the Customers local law, regulations and rules with regard to purchase of the goods/products on-line, any customs duties, import fees or related costs, or freight, carry or transportation risk. Please contact your local customs authority for adequate information
If any products is out of stock with us or our supplier, we reserv the right to deliver such a product separately when available from us, if otherwise is not agreed between you and us. If delays or non-availability of the products occurs we will notify you. If products is no longer available from the supplier to us we will always notify you immediately that is known to us.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You shall have notified us by email about your intent to return within 14 days from receiving the goods / product or significant parts of the purchase. The returned goods / products / items have to be delivered to us within 14 days from the date when you notified us about the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, tobacco, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The cost of return is on the buyer / customer, except if the product has a manufacturing or fabrication defect or damaged at time of delivery or if we have packed and sent the wrong product. Returned goods shall be packed in such a way that the goods/products is not damaged during the return transportation. Cash on delivery or other delivery charge methods can not be used.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Opened cigar and tobacco packages
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, typically 30 days after we received your notification of the return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Brunnsgatan 1, Sundbyberg SE 17268.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
If you regret your online purchase you have the right to do so within 14 days. If you regret your purchase you have to notify us before 14 days and it must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The 14 day notice period starts from the day you received the goods / the products / item or a significant part of your order. You can NOT regret a purchase if the goods / products / item is not in condition as new, not handled appropriately to preserve its quality and appearance, or if the goods / product / item has a personalisation or is customised for you - then there is NO right to regret your purchase. If the purchase is lost, damaged, used, or otherwise mishandled your right to regret the purchase is consumed / terminated.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty for manufacturing and fabrication defects are limited to one (1) year if not stated differently or the manufacturer is providing a longer warranty period.
